Yoga is an age-old Indian tradition of wellness for both body and mind – the benefits of which are innumerable. It is essential to have the right guidance to build a fruitful yoga practice. Come join us at Mimansa as we practice in our rooftop garden, under the shade of our magnificent raintree – full of fresh air and greenery.
About the Instructor:
Seven years ago, Mita began her journey with yoga when, after just a month of practice, she was rid of an acute back ailment she had been suffering with. A trip to Bhutan ensued. Guided by a Buddhist monk, she discovered the art of mindfulness in everyday life – singing, dancing, eating, playing with children, meditation and much more. What started then has now evolved into a rewarding path to fitness, health, strength and overall wellness.
Mimansa invites all to begin their journey of yoga with Mita or perhaps even enhance your practice with her.
